What awaits you in this role?

We are looking for a passionate Responsible – Warehousing who will join our Supply Chain Transformation Directorate in Beko Corporate.

• Optimizing warehouse operations and processes


• Planning shipments based on dealer orders


• Managing and contributing to operational projects


• Preparing presentations and management reports


• Monitoring and reporting key performance indicators (KPIs)


• Inspecting warehouse and shipment operations


• Supporting occupational health and safety activities


• Conducting efficiency and process improvement studies across warehousing and shipment operations


• Managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment


• Taking ownership of end-to-end process management

The position is located in Adana, Türkiye.

How do we describe the perfect match?

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field


• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills


• Strong reporting and data analysis skills


• Effective communication and interpersonal skills


• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint); knowledge of AutoCAD is a plus


• Strong team player with a collaborative mindset


• Open to learning and continuous development


• Creative, curious, and results-oriented approach


• Strong time management and organizational skills


• Open to feedback and continuous improvement


• Strong follow-up skills and ability to effectively track business processes
