If you want to grow your career whilst finding the perfect balance between work and life, Vodafone offers the opportunities to help you belong and make a real impact.\n\n## What you\u2019ll do\n\nLead and manage in-store visual communication and printed material operations to ensure strong brand consistency, effective campaign execution, and an enhanced customer experience across all retail channels. \n\u2022 Plan, execute, and monitor in-store visual merchandising and branding implementations in line with corporate guidelines \nManage end-to-end POP material processes, including production, logistics, distribution, and in-store execution \n\u2022 Oversee all printed materials operations, ensuring timely delivery, quality standards, and cost efficiency \n\u2022 Design and develop visual materials tailored to product launches and campaign periods based on store-specific needs \n\u2022 Create innovative and functional visual solutions aligned with brand identity for different store formats and channels \n\u2022 Coordinate with internal teams, external agencies, suppliers, and field teams to ensure seamless execution of visual projects \n\u2022 Lead visual communication efforts for seasonal campaigns, special events, and new product launches across stores \n\u2022 Monitor and manage budgets, timelines, and quality of visual and printed materials production \n\u2022 Conduct regular store visits to audit visual implementations, identify improvement areas, and ensure compliance with brand standards \n\u2022 Generate insights and propose enhancements to improve in-store customer experience through visual communication \n\u2022 Stay up to date with retail trends, competitor practices, and new production techniques to drive continuous improvement \n\u2022 Visit similar and different industries to stay up to date with retail trends\n\n## Who you are\n\n\u2022 Minimum 4 years of experience in a relevant field \n\u2022 Presentable with strong analytical thinking skills \n\u2022 Strong written and verbal communication skills, with fluency in both Turkish and English \n\u2022 Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build effective relationships \n\u2022 No restrictions for frequent field visits and on-site store engagements \n\u2022 Excellent multi-tasking and time management skills \n\u2022 Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities \n\u2022 Curious mindset with a passion for research and continuous learning \n\u2022 Results-driven with a strong focus on execution and delivery \n\u2022 Bachelor\u2019s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field (Master\u2019s degree is a plus)\n\n## Not a perfect fit?\n\nWorried that you don\u2019t meet all the desired criteria exactly?
