Retail Media Sales Development Manager

GoWit is looking for an experienced, driven Sales Development professional to help expand our retail media footprint in Turkey. If you have a strong background in advertising and a passion for connecting brands with high-impact media opportunities, we’d love to meet you.

What You’ll Do

• Engage with media agencies and brands to introduce them to the GoWit Commerce Network
• Collaborate with our retailer partners to activate campaign opportunities
• Work closely with our Customer Success and Product teams to ensure smooth onboarding and execution
• Educate the market on omnichannel retail media solutions (on-site, off-site, in-store)

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 5 years of experience in advertising or media sales
• Fluent in English (written and spoken)
• Experience in retail media is a strong plus
• Proven ability to build relationships and communicate with senior stakeholders
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work fully remote
