Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Retention Agent to join our team in Turkey. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the foreign exchange industry and possess excellent communication skills in English, Japanese, and >Korean. The primary responsibility will be to enhance customer satisfaction and retention rates by providing exceptional support and fostering long-term relationships with our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with clients through various communication channels to address their needs and concerns effectively.
• Monitor client activity and identify opportunities for re-engagement and retention.
• Develop personalized strategies to strengthen client relationships and improve customer loyalty.
• Provide timely and accurate information on FX products and services to existing clients.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to create retention-focused campaigns.
• Assist in resolving customer issues and complaints in a professional manner.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of FX market trends and company offerings.
• Prepare regular reports on retention metrics and customer feedback.

Qualifications:

• Fluency in English, Japanese, or Korean (written and spoken).
• Proven experience in the FX industry or similar fields.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proficient in using CRM systems and other relevant software.
• Customer-oriented with a strong focus on client satisfaction.
