We are looking for a Revenue & Customer Sales Manager.

As Revenue & Customer Sales Manager, we rely on you to

• Ensure the smooth and efficient operations in the department to achieve maximum room revenue in order to meet or exceed the revenue target


• Be responsible for implementation of policies and procedures, providing proper training to the team


• 
  

  Observe and ensure that proper telephone manners are maintained at all times

  
  


• 
  

  Monitor the reservations system to ensure there is no discrepancy

  
  


• Provide a warm, helpful and informative service over the phone


• Contribute to creating an excellent experience to all guests


• Handle all guest requests in a professional and timely manner


• Upsell rooms to meet guests' needs and improve hotel revenue


• Show empathy; understand diversity in guest behavior

We are looking for someone who;

• Has a passion for Sales and Marketing


• Is a strong team player


• Has a can-do attitude


• Enjoys crafting creative and best-fit solutions for business partners and customers


• Thinks outside of the box whilst leading change in the hotel


• Understands the global markets and local environment


• Communicates and writes with fluency in English (as well as the local language)


• Has relevant experience in a similar capacity previously


• Has strong interpersonal and communication skills


• Able to engage in a friendly and professional manner with business partners and customers


• Has good selling skills


• Is people-oriented attitude


• Is proficient in operating Opera PMS
