IBM Technology Lifecycle Services (TLS) is the single-source technology lifecycle service for supporting hybrid IT environments. This includes hardware and software support for IBM products, multi-vendor technology support (non-IBM Products), and open-source software support. These services are delivered both onsite and remotely, and include “Hardware Break Fix”, Q&A, Configuration, Operations, Software Support, and Problem Determination enquiries from clients, along with project services. Increasingly, business growth is building from clients who are seeking more from their support and onsite services which requires greater sophistication, accountability, service process consolidation, deeper expertise, advocacy and reporting across a wider range of hardware, software and operating system platforms. The TLS business is constantly transforming and evolving to provide technology support solutions in fields like IoT, Healthcare, Retail, Security & Surveillance, End Points, Open Source software & DevOps and many more. Your Role and Responsibilities

• You will be responsible for a specific software product set in IBM zSystems domain and you will be positioning these products to a group of select strategic clients.
• These clients are IBM Turkiye's large and strategic clients with long lasting relationships. Starting from the opportunity identification process all the way up to closing a deal and providing post sales engagement activities with the client set that you are working with.
• You will be part of a sales and a technical sales team and collaboratively you will be working together to increase clients' satisfaction with these IBM products and grow IBM product base within the same clients.
