Your Key Responsibilities
- Provides qualified support services for assigned customer group and sales organization, at all stages of the order attainment and fulfillment process.
- Implement and align the service standards agreed (concerning e.g. quotation and contract management, price list management, master data management, etc.).
- Develop and implement internal interfaces to ensure efficient end-to-end processes.
- Analyze customer inquiries and complaints and coordinate with involved departments to realize corrective actions.
- Identify optimization areas, and implement respective projects, potentially involving stakeholders from sales, logistics and supplier.
- Provide advice to accountable stakeholder in the sales organization or with the supplier organization.
Your Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering , Business Administration or relevant departments.
- At least 5 years of professional experience in Customer Service (pricing,planning,order management)
- Good team player, strong communication skills ,
- Good knowledge of MS Office and SAP,
- High level of commitment, interpersonal skills, good negotiating skills
- Analytical thinking with innovative point of view
- Good verbal and written skills of English
