This position works at Istanbul location in the Nutrition Division that develops science-based nutrition products for people of all ages, from helping babies and children grow, to keeping adult bodies strong and active. What You’ll Do

1.DEVELOPMENT AND ADMINISTRATION OF CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT (CRM) SYSTEM (Salesforce.com)

Carrying out the necessary periodic maintenance to ensure that the system operates actively and smoothly, and continuous improvement so that the work runs on its own with as little external intervention as possible.

Identifying Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) regarding CONNECT use, data accuracy and compliance of the sales team's activities with the Company strategies and ensuring that these KPIs are routinely reported.

Preparing monthly reports as a summary report at the end of the month and submitting it to sales and marketing managers.

2. APPLICATION AND REPORTING OF INCENTIVE SYSTEMS

Developing incentive system scenarios for field force together with sales managers and making premium calculations for all sales positions at the end of the period.

In order to increase the effectiveness of the incentive system, developing a tracking system where the team can calculate weekly / monthly target achievements and the deserved bonus amount and updating it weekly / monthly.

3. PROVIDING SOLUTIONS TO DATABASE NEEDS RELATED TO SALES AND MARKETING

Sharing IQVIA data regularly and keeping the system updated.

Identifying development areas in the shared IQVIA report format and taking necessary actions for development

Integrating Salesforce.com and IQVIA data to perform effort-result analysis.

4. REPORTS, PROCESSES AND ANALYSIS

Preparing monthly, periodic and annual reports within time limits:

Designing and carrying out the necessary market research studies in line with the needs

To ensure that workflows are clarified and determined workflows are transferred to the electronic environment and automated in order to increase company efficiency.

Conducting Ad-hoc analyses requested in line with company strategies and sharing the results.

Required Qualifications

- University degree preferably in Business Administration, Economics or Engineering Faculty

- Excellent command of English

- Excellent presentation skills

- Good knowledge of PowerBI

- Good knowledge of MS Office applications

Preferred Qualifications

- Preferably minimum 1 years experience in a similar role
