Job Description
To carry out sales activities within the sales strategies determined for the products,
Researching the regional market, conducting field analyses,
Taking actions to increase market shares in the relevant region and ensuring their implementation,
Creating a database by tracking sales potential customers and projects,
Making demo presentations about our solutions to customers, determining technical products according to the project and providing after-sales technical support services,
To inform the customer about products and services,
Effectively managing, monitoring and improving existing customer relationships,
To carry out target customer visits and promotional activities,
Ensuring order and shipment coordination,
Identifying customer's needs and ensuring their conversion into sales,
Evaluating suggestions and developing new strategies for customer satisfaction,
Entry and follow-up of meetings with existing and new customers and projects to be carried out on CRM,
To ensure the continuity of existing customers by bringing new customers to the portfolio,
Making regular work schedules and reporting,
The Successful Applicant
Fluent in English,
Minimum of 5 years of work experience in "Machine Automation Systems" and "Machine commissioning",
No travel restrictions,
Preferably graduated from the Mechanical Engineering and Electrical and Electronics Engineering departments of reputable universities,
Experienced in the sales of all automation products such as Drives, PLCs, HMIs, Servo motors etc.
Prone to team work, open to development, strong communication power and high persuasion ability,
Able to analyse, report and produce effective solutions
