Job Description

• To carry out sales activities within the sales strategies determined for the products,
• Researching the regional market, conducting field analyses,
• Taking actions to increase market shares in the relevant region and ensuring their implementation,
• Creating a database by tracking sales potential customers and projects,
• Making demo presentations about our solutions to customers, determining technical products according to the project and providing after-sales technical support services,
• To inform the customer about products and services,
• Effectively managing, monitoring and improving existing customer relationships,
• To carry out target customer visits and promotional activities,
• Ensuring order and shipment coordination,
• Identifying customer's needs and ensuring their conversion into sales,
• Evaluating suggestions and developing new strategies for customer satisfaction,
• Entry and follow-up of meetings with existing and new customers and projects to be carried out on CRM,
• To ensure the continuity of existing customers by bringing new customers to the portfolio,
• Making regular work schedules and reporting,

The Successful Applicant

• Fluent in English,
• Minimum of 5 years of work experience in "Machine Automation Systems" and "Machine commissioning",
• No travel restrictions,
• Preferably graduated from the Mechanical Engineering and Electrical and Electronics Engineering departments of reputable universities,
• Experienced in the sales of all automation products such as Drives, PLCs, HMIs, Servo motors etc.
• Prone to team work, open to development, strong communication power and high persuasion ability,
• Able to analyse, report and produce effective solutions
