Job Description - Sales Manager, Guardium

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES | About the role

Exclusive Networks Turkiye is expanding the team and is looking for a Sales Manager, reporting directly to local company management. In charge of driving end-to-end processes for achieving sales targets with vendors and partners, the Commercial Sales Manager will act as business enabler to help them expand and and grow by cross and up selling!

As Sales Manager, you will:

  • Be the key contact for vendors within Exclusive Networks, developing relationships at all levels of the vendor organisation
  • Work closely with the internal & external sales teams to set and co-ordinate enduser meetings
  • Generate segment sales for the entire security/service product line in terms of long-term revenue and profitability.
  • Drive business growth and expansion by developing and executing a business plan to attain predetermined goals and quotas
  • Customer orientation; skills in understanding customer’s needs and priorities
  • Proactively work with Exclusive Networks and Vendor teams to:
  • Develop end user lead generation programs with resellers to generate pipeline
  • Implement sales, marketing and technical training programs
  • Ensure internal systems are update date with vendor pricelists, collateral, discount structures and processes
  • Producing monthly sales forecast reports and statistics for Exclusive Networks Management and Vendor Teams
  • Support vendor focused activities, such as Webinar, end user events.
  • Contact with internal departments eg: Operations, sales, technical consultants, in order to fulfil customer needs, such as arranging demonstrations, organising quotes, logistics and customer risk Management
  • Guide Segment through market mapping, route to market design and offering model development.
  • Projects budget control- follow up on progress report, invoice approving, collection from customer.
  • Stay updated on industry news and trends, and how they affect IBM Guardium products and services
  • Implement sales effectiveness sales funnel management based on company sales framework.
  • Track and report performance of results, bookings, program initiatives and provide enhancement recommendations to adjust course on programs / initiatives as required.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE | About you

The ideal Sales Manager:

  • Proven record in IT/ Security/ Networking business at least 5 years
  • Knowledge of IT Channels and challenges for Partner
  • Highly motivated, with a pro-active approach to workload& target oriented
  • Able to work on own initiative and as part of a team
  • Experienced presentation skill
  • Clear communication& analytical skills
  • Knows Database Solutions and Database Audits.
  • MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • High analysis ability
