In this role, you will combine electrical engineering expertise with commercial insight to support service sales activities across our Medium \u0026 Low Voltage Service Product Portfolio, \nYou will act as a key interface between customers, Service Sales Organizations, and internal stakeholders, ensuring technically sound and commercially competitive service offers. You will be part of Tendering \u0026 Ordermanagement Team PD Services. \n\n \nKey Responsibilities \n\u2022 Prepare, review, and manage service quotations and orders for Medium \u0026 Low Voltage products and service activities \n\u2022 Analyze customer requests and translate them into technically accurate and commercially optimized proposals \n\u2022 Act as a trusted technical-commercial partner for direct customers and Eaton Service Sales Organizations across EMEA \n\u2022 Maintain proactive communication with customers regarding quotations, orders, planning, invoicing, and delivery \n\u2022 Support margin management and ensure compliance with pricing and commercial policies \n\u2022 Coordinate internally with sales, engineering, production, and field service teams \n\u2022 Handle customer inquiries and complaints in collaboration with relevant internal departments \n\u2022 Occasionally visit customers to support sales activities and strengthen relationships\n\n## Qualifications:\n\n\u2022 Bachelor\u2019s degree in Electrical Engineering or a comparable technical qualification, or equivalent relevant experience\n\n## Skills:\n\n\u2022 Solid knowledge of Medium \u0026 Low Voltage systems and electrical service solutions \n\u2022 Strong commercial mindset with the ability to balance technical feasibility and business value \n\u2022 Experience in sales support, service sales, or a similar technical-commercial role \n\u2022 Strong analytical and problem solving skills \n\u2022 Proactive, structured, and customer focused working style \n\u2022 Fluency in English (spoken and written); additional European languages are a plus\n\n## What we offer: \n\n * Competitive compensation and benefits package\n * Challenging projects in dynamic collaborative team\n * Great company benefits \n * We make your aspirations matter \u2013 Eaton encourages internal promotion, whenever possible\n * We make your growth matter - We invest in our employees for the long term \u2013 not just with salary and benefits, but with ongoing learning and development opportunities made available through Eaton University\n * We make your contributions matter - reliability, safety, efficiency, and sustainability are at the core of our dedication to improving people\u2019s lives and the through power management technologies\n * We make your wellbeing matter \u2013 We put your health and safety first.
