About the Role
We are looking for a Sales Technologies Business Owner to join our Business Development team on a full‑time, fixed‑term (1‑year) basis.
This role will report directly to the Sales Technologies Manager and will act as the business-side owner of Sales Technologies projects, serving as the main interface between Business and IT teams.
Key Responsibilities
Act as the business owner for Sales Technologies initiatives and related digital projects
Identify, analyze, and clearly articulate business requirements, priorities, and expectations
Represent the business in projects and actively contribute throughout the end‑to‑end project lifecycle
Work closely with IT teams to ensure business needs are accurately translated into technical solutions
Play an active role in user training, rollout, and adoption of Sales Technologies solutions
Coordinate and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
Collect, assess, and relay user and stakeholder feedback, ensuring appropriate follow‑up and support
Monitor project progress, risks, and dependencies from the business perspective
Provide business-side support during and after go‑live phases
Required Qualifications
4–5 years of professional experience, preferably in sales operations, business development, or digital projects
Experience working on Sales Technologies or commercial digital transformation projects from the business side
Strong understanding of business requirements analysis and stakeholder management
Ability to work closely and effectively with IT teams
Strong communication, coordination, and follow‑up skills
Comfortable with user training, change management, and adoption activities
Very good command of English (both written and spoken)
