About the role:

The Seasonal F&B Server Assistant supports the restaurant and bar service teams in delivering a smooth and memorable dining experience. In this role, you will ensure that all service areas, equipment, and materials are clean, organized, and fully prepared for operation. You will assist waiters during service, support daily preparations, and contribute to maintaining the high standards of Four Seasons hospitality.

This position is part of the Food & Beverage department and reports to the Outlet Manager / F&B Supervisor.

What you will do:

• Help prepare the restaurant and service areas for daily operations
• Keep service stations and equipment clean, organized, and well-stocked
• Support the service team by delivering food and beverages on time
• Assist with basic setup and clearing tasks during and after service
• Follow safety and cleanliness standards, reporting any issues when needed

What you bring:

• High school diploma or similar education
• Interest in Food & Beverage; experience is a plus but not required
• Friendly, helpful attitude and good teamwork skills
• Able to carry trays and basic equipment safely
• Basic English skills

Schedule & Hours:

• This is a seasonal, full-time position
• Working hours will vary based on operational needs, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
