Manage the end-to-end sales process for specific customer segments by identifying commercial opportunities in the region. Contributes to the development of annual strategic plan by providing RSM, BUM and Marketing with detailed business intelligence for accounts in scope. Work with channel partners on: Develop and implement strategies to increase product adoption and utilization. Develops the stakeholder map, defines touchpoints and action plan for each of them and ensures account information are timely updated into systems. Builds and maintains relationships with economic stakeholders, clinical KOL, including physicians, nurses, technicians, and administrators. Provide comprehensive product demonstrations, in-services, and training to customers on the safe and effective use of devices. Collaborate effectively with internal teams, including marketing, clinical support, and technical support, to ensure seamless customer experience and achieve sales goals. Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Biomedical Engineering, Pharmacy, or related field 6-10 years of experience in sales in medical companies. Good English skills. Able to work in a multi-functional and multicultural environment Strong communication, presentation, and influencing skills Willingness to travel extensively within assigned territory
