Senior Architect - Dubai, UAE

We are hiring a Senior Architect to join our design-led practice in Dubai, UAE. This is a full-time, in-studio role for an experienced architect with strong technical ability, design maturity, and a background in delivering high-end residential and boutique commercial projects.

The ideal candidate brings both rigour and originality, is confident leading client engagements, and thrives in a lean, high-performing team. You’ll be responsible for end-to-end project delivery — from early concept and schematic development to detailed documentation, consultant coordination, and site support.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, documentation, and coordination of architectural projects from concept through construction.
• Produce schematic designs, detailed drawing packages, and full technical documentation.
• Guide client discussions, facilitate design reviews, and manage consultant input across all phases.
• QA and red-line internal and external drawing sets with clarity and precision.
• Oversee coordination with engineers, contractors, and specialists to ensure quality execution on site.
• Stay actively involved in design and technical drawing — this is not a hands-off leadership role.
• Contribute to refining studio workflows, standards, and delivery models.
• Represent the team with professionalism and confidence in both internal and external meetings.

• Master’s degree in Architecture or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum 8–10 years of experience as an architect, including built work in high-end residential and boutique commercial projects.
• Proficient in Revit and Adobe Creative Suite; confident reviewing and QAing technical and visual outputs. Familiarity with tools like D5 or Enscape is advantageous.
• Ability to independently produce and review full construction documentation.
• Strong technical understanding of materials, construction methods, and building systems.
• Confident managing client relationships and engaging with consultants and contractors.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written).
• Demonstrated leadership and mentoring ability in small, focused teams.
• Available to relocate to Dubai and work in-studio full time.
