Senior Clinical Sales Representative, NC

Works closely with the Coronary Therapies Franchise Lead, New Cardio Account Managers along with relevant Commercial and Marketing teams in the region of responsibility. Provides Cath lab Inventory Management (Consignment, missing stock, rotating and expiring stock management), including complaints management, follow-ups on general Cath lab requests, and provides feedback to Account Manager as appropriate. Provides day-to-day field clinical (technical) support, education support, Account management, coordination, and collection of training needs. Works closely with the commercial team to identify areas where the New Therapy can be leveraged to drive core business growth. Builds and executes the agreed-upon plan by identifying the referring network to increase patient flow and support the commercial team with KOL management activities. Provides and completes tender applications (technical and clinical) in line with the local sales team. Provides Cath lab Inventory Management (Consignment, missing stock, rotating and expiring stock management), including complaints management, follow-ups on general Cath lab requests, and provides feedback to Account Manager as appropriate. Demonstrates a deep understanding and knowledge of the products and therapies in their responsibility, including troubleshooting Provide ongoing technical training and support to customers directly during a procedure in the cath lab. Undergraduate degree required Clinical sales skills, solutions-oriented thinking, and proactive behavior Able to work in a matrix environment, independently and in a team Superior communication and presentation skills Fluent in English. Other languages are a plus Clean driving license category B Ability to travel extensively (60-80%)
