Job Description - Senior Customer Care and Order Operation Manager TICA

A Day in the Life

As a key member of the Medtronic local management team, Senior Customer Care and Order Operation Manager TICA ensures that customers experience high quality, reliable, and seamless service while driving continuous improvement and operational excellence.

This role oversees all overall operations within TICA region, ensuring high delivery reliability, quality compliance, and constant productivity improvements. The Senior Manager designs, implements, and continuously optimizes operational processes and policies—initiating and driving changes that meet evolving customer needs and support business growth. This role plays a critical part in building a scalable, efficient, and customer centric operating model.

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:

  • Ensure product availability through best in class supply chain execution
  • Own first time right order validation performance 
  • Manage e orders and relational processes with strong KPI discipline
  • Deliver high on time, complete, and reliable customer experience
  • Ensure quality performance through robust processes, policies, work instructions, and IT enabled workflows 
  • Drive cost control through efficient workforce management, optimized inventory levels, and effective 3rd party provider oversight.

Required Knowledge and Experience:

  • Stakeholder influence, matrix navigation, strategic thinking
  • Knowledge of order management and Custom Clearance processes
  • Strong people management skills and solid experience as a people leader
  • Strong analytical and data-driven decision-maker
  • Excellent communication skills and fluency in English
  • Strong team player who aspires to coach their team
  • Skills in working in a multi-cultural environment.
