This role is to support the Market of Turkey: The Turkish market is one of the fastest growing markets in the region with around 40 employees.

The Senior HRBP is accountable for planning, designing, aligning and implementing the people strategy for Experian Turkey in coordination with the Turkish MD and Southern Europe HR Director and Southern Europe Leadership team. You will also own and deliver internally people programs for the market gaining exposure to Southern Europe Senior leadership.

What you’ll be doing

  • Act as a trusted partner to support business with the people agenda including talent planning and operational decision-making
  • Support the business in identifying people challenges, enhancing employee engagement and retention, talent identification and development and extend solutions and delivery of the right outcomes
  • Provide the businesses with expertise in HR, delivering HR Divisional plans and business area goals, to translate business needs and plans into organization/people solutions
  • Coordinate with our HR Director to plan and properly implement people programs within the Turkish market acting like an internal consultant who knows how to project manage and deliver high-value adding people solutions

What you’ll need to bring to the party

  • Minimum 6 yeas' experience with particular focus in HR Business Partnering roles in Turkish market.
  • Strong generalist HR background: an extensive background in employee relations, reward management and change management.
  • Possesses in-depth understanding of HR concepts, processes and methodologies and legislation
  • Demonstrated examples of being a key advisor in a leadership team on all matters and being a thought partner, with skills in planting ideas, challenging, provoking and inciting action.
  • Demonstrated knowledge in payroll management and cost control
  • Demonstrated examples of being someone how implement successfully major people transformational programs (from design to implementation) in a multicultural/multi-country context.
  • Demonstrates outstanding teamwork, proactively developing colleagues, caring about our reputation and priorities, and always assuming positive intent
  • Ability to manage multiple expectations and projects at the same time.
  • People minded with an interest in market best practices and continuous learning.
  • Ability to create strong actions plan to obtain the GPTW certification and to create a Great Work place environment.
  • Maintain and develop key relationships with stakeholders to provide proper resolutions.
  • Strong influencing and communication skills, both written and verbal in Turkish and English.
  • Change Agent: ability to work closely with stakeholders to identify and recommend opportunities for innovation, operational efficiencies and effectiveness.
  • A natural communicator who can take the people in the site with them. Deliver effective communications in terms of Town Halls, Newsletters, Social Media and ability to represent the Brand externally with the relevant parties
  • Hands-on for supporting team members in operational challenges, successful implementation of programs and relations with stakeholders
  • Strong working together skills – ability to seek inspiration, alignment and commitment with leaders across the market and wider business.
  • Confident and creative attitude, displaying great energy, passion and drive in everything they do, good levels of emotional intelligence and common sense
  • Strategic and innovative thinker
  • Strong Computer Expertise

Qualifications

  • Graduated from Business Administration, Phycology, or similar.
  • Minimum 6 years of experience in Human Resources,
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English,
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications,
  • Result oriented with problem solving and analytical approach.
  • Oracle knowledge is desirable.
