In the high-paced dynamic environment of Decathlon Turkey, we are now looking for a Senior Human Resources Business Partner to join our Human Resources Team!

You will join our Human Resources Team and be responsible for all HR processes, development and happiness of teammates.

What are we looking for?

A teammate who;

  • Has a Bachelor’s Degree from preferably Psychology, Business Administration, or a related department
  • Is passionate about Human Resources and a minimum of 4-5 years of experience
  • Has an excellent command of written and spoken English
  • Has strong communication skills and is a good team player
  • Has experience in candidate interviewing, and evaluation
  • Is able to develop effective working relationships with employees
  • Has an excellent understanding of MS Excel and HR information systems
  • Has a proven hands-on attitude, be flexible and adaptable
  • Has result orientation with problem-solving and analytical approach

What will be your responsibilities?

  • Be the first point of contact for all employees in his/her account, regarding all processes, systems, and practices carried out by the Human Resources Department, (recruitment, performance management, internal communication, OD, training & development, etc.)
  • Be a partner across HR metrics to execute end-to-end HR solutions and services
  • Provide a broad range of support in employee relations, people engagement, talent management and organizational development
  • Conduct effective, thorough and objective investigations
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance
  • Maintain HR data sources, design and run HR reports, work on trends
  • Building strong individual and organizational relationships and interacting with all organizational levels of related departments
  • Demonstrate a strong commitment to personal learning and development; act as a brand ambassador
