What awaits you in this role?
We are looking for a passionate Senior Lead - Investor Relations join our team at Finance & Enterprise Risk Directorate.

• Introducing the company to domestic and foreign individual and corporate investors and updating them with information on developments,


• Regularly updating IR communication tools, such as IR web site, IR App, corporate and quarterly presentations in order to ensure that shareholders have access to accurate and complete information,


• Meeting the information requests of investor and research analysts, and rating agencies,


• Meeting internal requests for share performance and analysis,


• Preparing daily and monthly peer analysis for share performance,


• Representing the company at investor conferences with the management.


• Corporate Governance Rating License


• Capital Market Activities Level 3 License


• Derivative Instruments License

 
This position located in Sütlüce, İstanbul.


How do we describe the perfect match?

• Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, Finance or Business Administration,


• Having 5+ years experience as a financial analyst,


• Good command of company valuations tools,


• Having good communication skills to handle investor relations,


• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Programs,


• Excellent verbal and written skills in English,


• Thinking broadly about business,


• Understanding needs of the market & customer,


• Having desire to do outstanding jobs,


• Recognizing and understanding emotions of other people,


• Listening to different perspectives and showing flexibility,


• Building collaboration,


• Clear in communicating thoughts and ideas.


• Flexible and open to new perspectives and diversity,


• A great team player with a self-initiative mindset,
