Senior Manufacturing Engineer

Follow up on Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) topics within the department, including trainings, PPE, and machine guarding. Support the Master Production Plan. Support Quality A3 studies. Manage the rewarding system for improvements. Provide full support to integrate alternative suppliers into the system. Ensure maintenance of all necessary tools, equipment, and machines. Participate in capacity increase initiatives. Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering is prefererred, or in Industrial Engineering Advanced problem solving skills, with a hands-on approach Strong project management, commercial, and negotiation skills Excellent communication and time management abilities Results-driven and detail-oriented Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team Capable of working in an international, culturally diverse, and matrix-based organization Knowledge of Low and Medium Voltage systems is preferred, but not essential Experience with SAP is preferred Computer skills: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, MS Project
