Senior Payroll Specialist

Job Description:

• Carrying on monthly international and TR payroll processes; reviewing and validating payroll calculations provided by external payroll service providers,


• Ensuring timely and accurate salary payments, bonuses, and other compensation elements,


• Managing the entry and exit procedures for new hires and departing employees,


• Overseeing personnel file management, ensuring records are accurate, up-to-date, and in compliance with legal requirements,


• Providing guidance and support on employment-related topics such as leaves, taxation, social security, pensions, and other payroll-related benefits,


• Managing employee benefits such as private health insurance, meal allowances, and other compensation-related perks,


• Assisting relocated team members with pre- and post-arrival administrative processes, ensuring compliance with payroll and taxation requirements,


• Supporting the HR team in reviewing, updating, and enhancing company policies and guidelines.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field,


• Minimum 5 years of payroll experience, preferably in an international environment,


• Strong knowledge of Turkish labor law, payroll taxation, and employment regulations,


• High attention to detail and problem-solving skills,


• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information,


• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel,


• Proficiency in English is a plus,


• Knowledge of Teknopark regulations is a plus.
