Requirements

What to expect from Senior B2B Planning Specialist position at VavaCars

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to drive sales and profitability in the B2B channel
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and dealers behavior to identify opportunities and develop action plans
  • Have a strong understanding of Dealer Network and Key Account Executive performance
  • Collaborate with Key Account Executive team, cross-functional teams to execute plans and drive results
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators to track progress and identify areas for improvement
  • Work closely with Commercial, Product and Marketing teams to develop and implement promotional campaigns, pricing strategies, and product assortment plans
  • Provide input and feedback to product development teams based on market insights and customer feedback
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure a competitive edge
  • Conduct ad-hoc analysis and projects as required

What will you bring:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • 4+ years of experience in retail planning, sales, or related role
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools
  • Ability to analyze complex data and draw actionable insights
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Team player with strong interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach to work
  • Ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects simultaneously
