Senior Product Project Manager - Consumer Electronics, R&D

Looking to lead product innovation projects from concept to launch within a dynamic, cross-functional environment?

As Senior Product Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading end-to-end product innovation projects, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and at the targeted quality level. You will drive project execution, governance, and stakeholder alignment throughout the product lifecycle, while monitoring post-launch performance and facilitating a smooth transition.

Based in Istanbul, you will be responsible for driving project direction and execution, collaborating closely with cross-functional stakeholders and maintaining direct exposure to key business priorities. This role also offers opportunities to work with and travel to global teams and partners across our international network.

The impact you’ll make:

• Lead the Project team End-to-End on an innovation project including planning, execution, monitoring, and completion, to ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, in full, at targeted quality level, until 6/8 months post NPI launch


• Accountable for the project outputs and documentation by reporting project progress pre-launch and product performance post launch, until project is officially handed over to LCM team


• Facilitate regular project reviews and post-launch evaluations by implementing lessons learned for continuous improvement in project delivery


• Lead corrective actions plan for product quality issues (by design)


• Foster a culture of accountability and transparency within respective functional Project team during lifecycle management

The skills and knowledge you’ll bring:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in engineering, business, or related fields


• 10 years of experience in Project Management, Product Development Product Innovation & Launch and/or NPI fields preferably with a current and/or prior experience in small domestic appliances, consumer electronics, any other industries relevant to electronics including smart appliances, internet-of-things, connectivity, industry 4.0 and/or manufacturing


• Proven experience in leading complex product innovation or NPI projects in a multinational environment


• Strong project management capabilities across planning, risk management, execution, stakeholder management and delivery


• PMP certification would be a plus for this role.


• Experience working with teams in China and managing cross-regional collaboration is an added advantage.


• Ability to independently lead and rally cross-functional teams toward common objectives


• Strong communicator with a capability to drive alignment across functions and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment with minimal guidance


• Fluent in both Turkish and English
