Senior Python Engineer

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience building and operating backend systems, with strong hands-on expertise in Python

• Proven experience designing and developing scalable, production-grade APIs and backend services

• Strong knowledge of modern Python frameworks such as FastAPI, Flask, or Django

• Solid understanding of software architecture, design patterns, clean code, and testing practices

• Experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL, SQL Server, etc.), data modeling, and query optimization

• Experience building and deploying applications on cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP)

• Hands-on experience with Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and modern development workflows

• Good understanding of distributed systems, performance optimization, and system reliability

• Familiarity with AI/LLM integrations, agent-based workflows, or ML-powered applications is a strong plus

• Experience with Java or C# is a plus

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, frontend, data, DevOps)

• Professional proficiency in English

Nice To Have :

• Experience with data processing pipelines or distributed systems

• Exposure to Kafka / RabbitMQ or similar messaging systems

• Experience with AI/ML systems, model serving, or LLM-based integrations

• Familiarity with Kubernetes and cloud-native architectures

• Experience with automation tools or AI-assisted development workflows

• Exposure to frontend technologies (React or similar) for collaboration purposes
