They lead complex sales engagements, coordinating with technical experts to design tailored solutions and promoting the adoption of Eaton\u2019s and customers\u2019 digital ecosystems to increase self\u2011sufficiency and long\u2011term value. They also identify channel growth opportunities, mentor junior engineers, support go\u2011to\u2011market strategies, and provide full pre\u2011 and post\u2011sales technical support, including troubleshooting. This role specifically oversees sales across the CIS region, particularly Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Turkmenistan, Tajikistan, Azerbaijan, and Georgia.\n\n## What you\u2019ll do:\n\n * Lead Generation \u0026 Opportunity Qualification: Identify, prospect, and qualify high\u2011potential leads and strategic sales opportunities to build and prioritize a robust pipeline.\n * Territory \u0026 Account Planning: Develop strategic territory plans and detailed account plans to maximize market penetration and long\u2011term customer growth.\n * Customer Engagement Preparation: Plan calls and meetings with clear strategic objectives focused on relationship building and long\u2011term value creation.\n * Needs Discovery \u0026 Solution Design: Analyze and uncover complex customer needs to craft tailored, value\u2011driven offerings aligned with business objectives.\n * Presentations \u0026 Demonstrations: Deliver compelling presentations and demonstrations to showcase the strategic value of Eaton\u2019s products and solutions.\n * Quotation \u0026 Deal Management: Manage quotations, negotiate effectively, overcome objections, gain customer commitment, and close high\u2011value deals.\n * Solution Delivery \u0026 Follow\u2011Up: Ensure successful delivery, monitor satisfaction, and identify upselling opportunities through continuous follow\u2011up.\n * Promotion \u0026 Partner Program Management: Execute promotional activities and manage the Partner Advantage Program to strengthen partner relationships and drive growth.\n * Pipeline, Reporting \u0026 Business Reviews: Conduct deal/pipeline reviews, track performance through detailed reporting, and lead business reviews with customers.\n * Continuous Improvement \u0026 New Product Adoption: Improve sales processes continuously and define targets to drive adoption of new products and market innovation.\n\n\n\n## Qualifications:\n\n * Educational Background: Ideally an Electrical Engineering or relevant background.\n\n\n\n## Skills:\n\n * Product and Industry Knowledge: Ideally experienced in the sales of Uninterruptible Power Supplies (UPS) and/or Low Voltage Systems / Medium Voltage Switchgear;\n * Previous Experience: 2-5 years of experience, ideally in selling to CIS countries;\n * Required Languages: Fluency in Russian is a must, coupled with fluency in either Turkish or English (ideally both).\n\n\n\n## What we offer: \n\n * Growth and Development: Continuous learning opportunities that contribute to your personal and professional growth.\n * Work-Life Balance: Flexible working hours and remote work options to support a healthy work-life balance.\n * Collaborative Culture: A team-oriented environment where innovation and collaboration drive success. \n\n\n\n#LI-AM7\n\nWe are committed to ensuring equal employment opportunities for job applicants and employees.
