What awaits you in this role?


We are looking for a passionate Senior Specialist - Administrative Affairs who will join our team at Human Resources - Washing Machine Plant Directorate in Beko Corporate.



  • Manage and follow subcontractor services in line with its legislation; oversee personnel files and SGK processes in compliance with labor law no.4857, work safety law no. 631, minimum wage incentive law no.6661, SGK incentive law no.6111,

  • Follow and report on technical building maintenance and power management (electricity, water, natural gas),

  • Measure, follow, and report expenses,

  • Plan, track and control the  budget,

  • Plan and manage catering services,

  • Plan and coordinate personal service vehicles,

  • Create opportunities while executing administrative services accurately and appropriately, to create employee engagement and sustain it,

  • Provide the execution of sustainability needs such as sustainable office, zero waste, plastic commitment in campus,

  • Implement control systems of ID cards (clock in and off cards, authorization, reader of HD, HES code)

  • Implement onboarding processes for new employees on campus,

  • Execute and report to follow and distribute of worker equipment and social distributions,

  • Management of Otobil, fuel and vehicle fleet,

  • Organize events of social and internal communication,

  • Execute private and state institution transactions,

  • Follow work health and security actions, correcting erroneous actions,

  • Manage and follow administrative affairs of the processes of digital transformation projects.


 


The position is located in Manisa.

  • Bachelor’s degree in related fields,

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Programs,
