What awaits you in this role?

We are looking for a passionate Senior Specialist Engineer-R&D who will join our team at Production & Technology directorate.

• Seeking methods to improve electrical household components in terms of material, cost, new design models, etc.,
• Performing reliability test and verifications for new components.
• Developing test plans and delivering test reports,
• Following new technological trends via competitors products
• Communicate and collaborate with various departments like purchasing, sales, production, planning etc..

The position is located in Bolu.

How do we describe the perfect match?

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electrical & Electronics Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering departments (Master Degree or Ph.D. is a plus),
• Having minimum 3 years experience of household appliances products or similar sector,
• Knowledge of household or similar electrical appliances (Oven, Hob and Hood knowledge is a plus),
• Having a keen interest in electrical and electromechanical components,
• Having experience in data analysis, Six Sigma tools,
• Excellent verbal and written skills (minimum B1) in English (Chinese language profeciency is a plus),
• Closely follow the technology and ability to adapt the new technolog
• Innovative thinking and problem-solving skills,
• Open to innovative ideas within the team,
• Flexible and open to new perspectives,
• A great team player with a self-initiative mindset,
• Knowing what empathy really means,
• Being open to communications is always our priority.
