What awaits you in this role?
We are looking for a passionate Senior Specialist - HRBP (Training) who will join our team at Human Resources Manisa Plants in Beko Corporate.
- Resposible of the hourly and monthly paid employees HR Process,
- Work with business line managers to understand the business needs,
- Prepare the periodical HR reports,
- Support HR projects,
- Advise on human resources processes and applications,
- Support Training & Development, employee engagement and other HR functions,
- Follow up and keep update the Human Resources documents, regulations, procedures, policies, etc.
- Design and execute development programs and set the priorities regarding business unit’s strategies and objectives as program owner,
- Review L&D trends and benchmarks the internal and external environment to improve learning and development activities,
- Define competencies and capability needs for critical roles in line with the talent management strategy and mapping them with development solutions,
- Manage and ensure the realization of Training & Development programs in parallel with the program design,
- Plan, organize, coordinate comprehensive learning & development solutions accordance with the learning calendar in line with the learning needs analysis and budget, manages vendors
- Monitor the Training and Development budget to ensure that resources are used effectively and efficiently,
- Manage communication, training evaluation & feedback surveys.
The position is located in Manisa.
How do we describe the perfect match?
- Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering, Management Engineering, Business Administration,Psychology, Sociology, Economics, or other related fields,
- Minimum 3 years of experience,
- Having global experience in learning & development, talent management /development is a plus,
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Programs,
- Excellent verbal and written skills in English,
- Attention to detail with a keen eye for quality,
- High learning agility,
- Outside the box thinking ability,
- Flexible and open to new perspectives,
- A great team player with a self-initiative mindset,
- Knowing what empathy really means,
- Being open to communications always our priority.
