What awaits you in this role? 

We are looking for a passionate Senior Specialist - Technical Service & Quality who will join our team at Customer Care Directorate.

• Building up technical infrastructure required by presales organization of dishwasher/driyer product range.


• Gathering relevant data from field, offsite and onsite coordination of improvement projects about service malfunction ratios and guarantee expenses.


• Executing field operations and generating all technical bulletins and working guides about dishwasher/driyer product range

The position located in Çayırova, İstanbul.

How we describe the perfect match?

• University degree in Electric – Electronic Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.


• Preferably, previous experience in product supply, product management, production, R&D or quality assurance processes.


• Good verbal and written skills in English.


• Strong communication skills


• Customer and quality focus


• Teamwork orientation


• Strong analytical perspective, project management and execution skills


• Result orientation, strong follow up and reporting skills
