We are looking for Senior Warehouse Operations Specialist for our logistic office for Tuzla- İstanbul Location.

What will your job be about?

• Responsible for implementing warehouse operations flows, training of logistics provider in terms of new systems; SAP EWM, RFID before SOP,


• Take responsibility like a key user in SAP EWM and ECC systems


• Contact with IT to have necessary supports in case of any bottleneck in SAP system


• Meet the demands of internal and external customers regarding SAP and external system integrations,


• Assist in running an efficient warehouse operation which is able to fulfil, operational and customer demand and meet set targets,


• Communicate with logistics service provider on a regular basis to make them aware of priorities, targets and operational requirements,


• Preparing and presenting weekly/monthly periodic data analysis and cost reports,


• Collaborate with Operation, 3PL, and customer service teams to align shipping priorities,


• Maintaining warehouse organization, cleanliness and security, actively contributing to 5S initiatives,

What will you bring with you?

• Bachelor’s degree Engineering department of reputable universities.


• Minimum 2-4 years experience in similar positions


• Extensive user skills in SAP on Key User Level at MM


• Proven user skills in Power BI, Power App is an asset,


• Advanced level of Excel and other MS Office Applications


• Fluent in English


• Analytical thinking, result, customer quality oriented approach and good interpersonal skills are required competencies


• Able to work both independently and in a team, flexible


• Customer oriented service approach


• Male candidates should have completed military service
