Senior Web Developer

Rapsodo Inc. is a sports analytics company that uses computer vision and machine learning to help all athletes maximize their performance. Our proprietary technology applications range from helping PGA Tour golfers optimize their launch conditions to allowing MLB pitchers to increase the efficiency of their breaking balls. Current partners include all 30 MLB teams, MLB, USA Baseball, Golf Digest, PGA of America, and over 1000 NCAA athletic departments.

As a Senior Web Developer, you will collaborate closely with the UI/UX team, the US product team, and e-commerce-related departments within Rapsodo. Your role will involve analyzing and implementing 3rd party vendor integrations, ensuring the continued growth and success of our web platforms.

Responsibilities :

• Lead web development efforts on our multi-regional e-commerce platform.
• Deepen your knowledge of our e-commerce platform (Shopify) and maintain competence with our current 3rd party integration tools.
• Show enthusiasm for improving 3rd party integration skills, particularly in areas like CRM and ERP.
• Take on the responsibility of coordinating tasks between development teams in Turkey and other Rapsodo regions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of front-end development experience, including proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Bootstrap.
• At least 1 year of full-cycle development experience on an e-commerce platform (e.g., WordPress, Shopify, etc.).
• Solid experience in payment systems and integration with e-commerce platforms, such as PayPal, Bread, Stripe, and Shopify.
• Demonstrated expertise in working with restful services and API calls.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with UI/UX designers and the QA team.
• Proficiency in writing clean, reusable, and optimized code.
• Strong communication skills to convey technical information clearly to both technical and non-technical teams.
• High level of proficiency in English.
