What You Will Do
- Serve as the escalation point for complex workplace technology incidents and service requests,
- Troubleshoot endpoint, application, collaboration, and connectivity issues across remote and on-site environments,
- Provide high-quality technical support to executive leadership, Board members, and other critical users,
- Manage the complete device lifecycle, including procurement, deployment, assignment, transfer, return, replacement, and decommissioning,
- Administer endpoint management platforms, device policies, software deployments, operating system upgrades, and security requirements,
- Support Apple-focused enterprise environments across macOS, iOS, and iPadOS,
- Monitor endpoint compliance, security posture, warranty status, utilization, and refresh requirements,
- Maintain accurate inventory records and regularly reconcile physical assets with IT asset and endpoint management systems,
- Identify missing, inactive, underutilized, or incorrectly assigned devices and take corrective action,
- Provide asset and inventory insights to support capacity planning, procurement, and budget forecasting,
- Lead the technical operation of conference rooms, video conferencing platforms, audio-visual systems, room scheduling solutions, and digital displays,
- Ensure meeting technologies are ready for executive, Board, and business-critical meetings and events,
- Participate in workplace technology pilots, deployments, and rollout initiatives,
- Support the adoption of productivity technologies, approved AI-enabled tools, and automation solutions,
- Contribute to user training, internal communications, technical documentation, and knowledge-base content,
- Analyze recurring incidents, support trends, and root causes to develop sustainable solutions,
- Promote automation and self-service practices to reduce repetitive operational work,
- Partner with Security, Infrastructure, business teams, and external vendors to continuously improve service quality and operational efficiency,
- Ensure secure and compliant processes for device deployment, access, return, data wiping, and decommissioning,
- Travel when required to support company meetings and events.
What You Will Need
- At least 5 years of experience in workplace technology, IT operations, endpoint management, or end-user technology services,
- A bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and professional experience,
- Strong hands-on experience supporting Apple enterprise environments, particularly macOS and iOS,
- Strong knowledge of endpoint management, device policies, software deployment, and device lifecycle practices,
- Hands-on experience with IT asset management, inventory tracking, and device assignment processes,
- Experience supporting conference room technologies, audio-visual systems, video conferencing platforms, and hybrid meetings,
- Good understanding of endpoint security, identity and access management, and device compliance,
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills,
- Experience supporting executive leadership and other high-profile users,
- Ability to balance multiple priorities across daily operations and technology projects,
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and customer service skills,
- Ability to collaborate effectively with technical teams, business stakeholders, and external vendors,
- A proactive, service-oriented mindset with a strong sense of ownership,
