Description

FMC Human Resources is looking for an SEO & Performance Marketing Manager for our client Busch Vacuum Solutions, a German family-owned company, which provides leading edge vacuum and overpressure technology worldwide. Together with its subsidiaries, Busch Group has more than 8,000 employees and generates annual turnover of EUR 1.6 bn. The position will be reporting to the Head of Digital Marketing, part of the Global Marketing department, in Germany, and the disciplinary and legal reporting will be to the General Manager of the Busch company in Turkey.

Key Responsibilities

• Assume the responsibility for planning, implementing, and analyzing global online marketing projects for the Busch Group
• Develop landing pages for SEO/SEA and optimize the CR by executing A/B tests, data analysis and UX tests
• To generate additional leads, derive conversion optimization measures and implement them with the team
• Create and design global and local online campaigns to promote the solutions and define the relevant KPIs
• Manage budgets, optimize ROI and measure performance
• Work closely with the international marketing colleagues and create budget recommendations for local online campaigns
• Work hand in hand with international colleagues from Digital Marketing, Content Management, CRM, Social Media, SEO, SEA and Email Marketing

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

• University degree in business administration, marketing, or a similar field
• At least 3 years of relevant professional experience in online marketing, SEO, and performance marketing, preferably in a B2B sector
• Analytical, structured thinking and a good understanding of the correlations between marketing KPIs
• Expert knowledge of various platforms and performance tools such as Google Ads Editor, LinkedIn Ads and Google Analytics 4
• Familiar with common online campaign formats (e.g. lead generation, display, paid search ads, etc.)
• Experienced in the simple communication of complex issues
• Very good English knowledge
