Service Coordinator

TURKISH: IPSO Tarım Satış Sonrası Sorumlusuna bağlı çalışır. Ofis Asistanı, CSR, Depo Yöneticisi, Servis Teknisyenleri, Mekanikçiler ile iş birliği içindedir. Kendi lokasyonlarında ve diğer şubelerde Yedek Parça Departmanı ve Servis Ürün Uzmanlarıyla yakın bir şekilde iş birliği yapar.

ENGLISH: Reports to the IPSO Tarım After-Sales Responsible. Collaborates closely with the Office Assistant, CSR, Warehouse Manager, Service Technicians, and Mechanics. Works in close cooperation with the Spare Parts Department and Service Product Specialists both at their own location and across other branches.

TURKISH: Sorumlu olduğu şube için, atölye ve saha onarımlarını, servis teknisyenleri ve mekanik teknisyenlerinden oluşan ekibi yönetmekten, müşterilere hizmetlerin etkin ve verimli şekilde sunulmasını sağlamaktan sorumludur. Servis Koordinatörü, servis ve mekanik teknisyeni ekiplerinin motive edilmesi, eğitilmesi ve geliştirilmesinde anahtar rol oynar; ayrıca, işe alım, eğitim, performans yönetimi, ödüllendirme gibi ilgili insan kaynakları süreçlerini yönetir.

Servis Koordinatörü, Satış Sonrası Sorumlusu ile yakın iş birliği içinde çalışarak yeni servis stratejilerini uygular ve hayata geçirir; servis ve mekanik teknisyenlerinin verimliliğini ve yüksek kaliteli müşteri deneyimini sağlar.

ENGLISH: The Service Coordinator is responsible for managing the workshop and field repair operations of the assigned outlet, leading a team composed of service and mechanical technicians, and ensuring that services are delivered to customers effectively and efficiently.

The Service Coordinator plays a key role in motivating, training, and developing the service and mechanical technician teams. In addition, the role involves managing relevant HR processes such as recruitment, training, performance management, and reward management.

Working closely with the After-Sales Responsible, the Service Coordinator implements and executes new service strategies, while ensuring the productivity of service and mechanical technicians and delivering a high-quality customer experience.

TURKISH:

• Servis ve mekanik teknisyenlerinden oluşan ekibi yönetir; müdahale planlaması, görev ataması ve işin durumunu takip eder; onarım tamamlanana kadar tüm tedarikçi standartlarına uyum sağlar.
• İç/dış müşterilerden gelen servis taleplerinin başarılı şekilde karşılanmasını sağlayarak müşteri memnuniyetini temin eder.
• Tüm tedarikçi kurallarına uygun şekilde garanti şartlarına uyumu sağlar.
• Servis faaliyet stratejileri geliştirme ve uygulamada Şube Satış Sonrası Sorumlusu ile iş birliği içinde çalışır.
• Servis ve mekanik teknisyenlerinin teknik eğitim ve güncellemelerini sağlar.
• Mevcut BT sistemlerini kullanarak, ekip ile birlikte kurumun iç süreç ve politikalarına uyar ve uygular.
• Tedarikçi platformlarını kullanır.
• Hizmet kalitesini artırmaya yönelik girişimlerin, geliştirilmesine ve uygulanmasına katkı sağlar.
• Servis faaliyetinin imajını güçlendirir, şirketin sektördeki en iyi hizmet sağlayıcı olarak konumlanmasına katkıda bulunur.
• Alt kadrosunun işe alımı, denetimi, değerlendirilmesi ve terfisiyle ilgili şirket politikalarını uygular.
• Servis ve mekanik teknisyenlerine tahsis edilen aletlerin doğru şekilde teslimi, toplanması, siparişi ve envanter takibini sağlar.
• IPSO lokasyonlarında sergilenen ekipmanların bakımının uygun şekilde yapılmasını sağlar.
• WIP (devam eden çalışma), PIP (ürün geliştirme programı), PDI ve Uzman Kontrollerini yakından takip eder.

ENGLISH:

• Manages the team of service and mechanical technicians; plans interventions, assigns tasks, and monitors the progress of work until the repair is completed, ensuring compliance with all supplier standards.
• Ensures customer satisfaction by successfully responding to service requests from internal and external customers.
• Ensures compliance with warranty conditions in accordance with all supplier rules.
• Works in close cooperation with the Branch After-Sales Responsible in developing and implementing service activity strategies.
• Ensures the technical training and updates of service and mechanical technicians.
• Uses existing IT systems and ensures that the team complies with and implements the company’s internal processes and policies.
• Uses supplier platforms as required for service operations.
• Contributes to the development and implementation of initiatives aimed at improving service quality.
• Strengthens the image of the service function and contributes to positioning the company as the best service provider in the sector.
• Implements company policies regarding the recruitment, supervision, evaluation, and promotion of subordinates.
• Ensures the proper allocation, collection, ordering, and inventory tracking of tools assigned to service and mechanical technicians.
• Ensures that the maintenance of equipment displayed at IPSO locations is properly carried out.
• Closely monitors WIP (Work in Progress), PIP (Product Improvement Program), PDI (Pre-Delivery Inspection), and Expert Inspections.
