Service Engineer

At Sandvik, we are looking for a Mechanical Engineer who will manage domestic machine service and warranty processes, with a good command of English and 2-3 years of experience. In this role, you will manage domestic projects and customer relations, and coordinate technical processes without the responsibility of performing maintenance.

Responsibilities

- Plan and manage domestic machine service and warranty processes.
- Communicate with customers and manage relationships.
- Analyze technical problems and provide solution proposals.
- Coordinate with project and service teams.
- Prepare technical documentation and reports.
- Attend domestic meetings and share technical knowledge.
- Conduct performance and efficiency analyses related to service and warranty processes.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of relevant experience.
- Proficiency in English (both written and spoken).
- Ability to create technical drawings and documentation.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills.
- Good team player with strong communication skills.
- Willingness to travel and adapt to flexible working hours.

Preferred Qualifications

- Knowledge of Sandvik products and services.
- Experience in project management and customer relationship management.
