Ankara lokasyonumuzda sahip olduğumuz portföylerin servis hizmetlerinden sorumlu "Teknisyen" ekip arkadaşı arıyoruz.

Görev ve Sorumluluklar:

• Bölgemizdeki ünitelerin periyodik bakım ve servis hizmetlerini sağlamak.

• Ünitelere yapılan bakım ziyaretlerinde gördüğü ve müşterilerden aldığı parça değişimi, onarım, modernizasyon gibi talepleri not alarak Servis Uzmanı’na iletmek.

• Arızalara zamanında müdahale etmek ve gerekli gördüğü durumlarda düzeltici önlemi almak için Servis Uzmanı ile görüşmek.

• Müşteri taleplerine zamanında yanıt vermek ve OTIS ürün ve hizmetlerinden memnun olmalarını sağlamak.

• İş sağlığı ve güvenliği kurallarına uygun bir şekilde çalışmak.

Kişisel Yetkinlikler:

• Meslek Lisesi ve/veya Meslek Yüksek Okulunun Asansör veya Elektrik Bölümlerinden mezun olmak.

• Asansör sektöründe en az 2 yıl deneyimli olmak.

• Çeşitli üniteler hakkında bilgi sahibi olmak.

• Müşteri ile iletişim kurma becerisine sahip olmak.
