Site Quality Manager

These challenges await you:

• You develop and coordinate the site Quality Improvement Plan following guidelines from Product Line, Regional Operation, Group and Product Group, and promote Quality Culture.

• You ensure QRQC is well implemented and participate and/or delegate daily to the Plant QRQC and Plant Supplier QRQC.

• You manage the Quality network in the site.

• You audit the Quality System periodically. (Internal and support of Customer Audit)

• You ensure the respect of the 4M procedure for modifications.

• You represent Customers within Valeo on Quality matters. (Communication / Escalation)

• You contribute to Warranty treatment activity with after sales team (Detection, Communication, QRQC)

You inspire us with that:

• You are a graduate of Bachelor degree in Industrial Engineering / Mechanical Engineering,  or similar field of engineering with a minimum of 10 years experience in this area.

• You have prior experience in ISO / IATF certification.

• Experience on core tools, such as APQP,PPAP, 8D and relevant.

• Our environment is strongly international oriented, so you have a fluent level of English.

• You are rigorous, reactive, logical, pragmatic and standard and process oriented.

• You are able to work in a highly changing environment and keep your motivation at high levels.

• You are willing to travel domestically and abroad.

In addition...

• Experience in SAP knowledge is a plus.
