SME Sales Manager

Set the sales strategies within the assigned territory in line with company sales and overall strategies Manage and coach the sales team of the dealer, make pipeline managment, make joint customer visits with the sales team Work in cooperation with Solution Sales Team, Pricing, Product, Marketing teams and all the other relevant parties to boost performance Work closely with solution sales teams to generate sales opportunities and targeting potential customers Ensures sales teams are motivated and that accounts and opportunities are allocated to maximize revenue growth Ensures diversity and attrition targets within sales teams are met Work with HR and Frontline teams to develop and empower his/her team University degree Experience in Telecommunication sector and B2B sales (especially in the field of Fixed solutions) Ability to think strategically and drive transformational sales programmes for the team Very good written and verbal communication skills both in English Able to deal with a rapidly changing environment and able to lead change where necessary Capable of working for projects in a matrix-organisation Not a perfect fit?
