Job Description - Social Media Customer Consultant

If you want to grow your career whilst finding the perfect balance between work and life, Vodafone offers the opportunities to help you belong and make a real impact.\n\n## What you\u2019ll do\n\n\u2022 Experience in the telecommunications sector or customer service is preferred.\n\n\u2022 Ability to effectively manage complaints and crises on social media platforms such as Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.\n\n\u2022 Familiarity with social media analytics tools \n\n\u2022 Customer-oriented with effective and professional written and verbal communication skills.\n\n\u2022 Ability to understand and respond to difficult customer feedback with a solution-focused approach.\n\n\u2022 Ability to take quick and accurate actions during crises.\n\n\u2022 Capable of tracking, analyzing, and reporting complaints.\n\n\u2022 Collaborative and able to work well in a team environment.\n\n\u2022 Ability to coordinate with other departments to support resolution processes.\n\n\u2022 Ability to adapt to a dynamic and fast-paced work environment.\n\n\u2022 Keeping up with ever-changing social media trends and integrating them into strategies.\n\n\u2022 Ability to maintain brand tone and image while responding to customer complaints, with a flair for creating engaging content.\n\n\u2022 Capable of analyzing complaint volume and customer satisfaction KPIs and providing regular reports.\n\n\u2022 Contributing to process improvements with a data-driven approach.\n\n## Who you are\n\n\u2022 Minimum 3 years of experience in social media management and digital marketing.\n\n\u2022 Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.\n\n\u2022 High analytical thinking ability and result-oriented working approach.\n\n\u2022 Able to adapt to a high-paced working environment and flexible working hours.\n\n\u2022 Proficient in using MS Office programs.\n\n## Not a perfect fit?\n\nWorried that you don\u2019t meet all the desired criteria exactly?
