📋 What You’ll Be Doing

• Technical Leadership: Provide guidance and support to the development team, ensuring adherence to best practices, standards, and software development processes.
• Code Development & Maintenance: Oversee the development and maintenance of high-performance, reusable, and reliable code.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure that the team follows clean coding principles, aiming for optimal performance and reliability.
• Collaboration with C-Level Team: Report directly to the C-Level Team, aligning development activities with company goals and objectives.

🎓 What We’re Looking For

• Experience:
• Minimum 7 years of experience in .Net Core, ASP.NET MVC, and C# development, managing enterprise applications from concept to completion.
• Demonstrated experience in leading development teams and driving projects to success.
• Technical Skills:
• Proficiency in ASP.NET Web APIs, JavaScript, jQuery, and client-side tools.
• Strong understanding of OOP, design patterns, SOLID principles, SOA, and NLayer architecture.
• Skilled in using Git for version control.
• Knowledge of payment and financial systems, as well as experience with caching, optimization, and performance tuning.
• Mindset: Passionate about open-source libraries and eager to contribute innovative ideas to enhance product development.
• Language Skills: Fluent technical English, with additional languages as a plus.
