Job Description - Solution Designer

Lead and manage Sales Force Management & Lead Management products/solutions' lifecycle, determine future opportunities for innovations/change/improvements and create communication channels in order to track user experience proactively Lead and manage feasibility and technical design to deliver companywide technical solution with effective management of processes and in line with agreed budgets Works with business stakeholders to understand their business strategy and develop IT strategies and architecture for significant areas of their business. Leads large and complex initiatives and solutions (involving multiple departments, new/leading edge technology, integrating several technology types, high visibility and/or risk, resulting in significant organizational change) As a member of the squad, solution designer is responsible for all the activities that lead the team to achieve their sprint goals & team KPIs. Estimates size of backlog items Provide technical and financial (CAPEX) information including effort estimation, constraints and dependencies; highlight potential risks and offer alternative solutions Delivers detailed functional and technical analysis against backlog items in line with solution designers in other squads; handshakes on the specifications of the integrations points. Together with Ops and Infrastructure teams, studies dimensioning for the systems in the domain based on the traffic forecast provided by the business unit Works with product owner and solution developer define backlog items (epics, features, user stories, tasks) for the necessary cases Supports testers for test case preparation; reviews test cases. Provides design support for defects and issues raised by relevant stakeholders regarding the domain under the teams responsibility. Execute RFP/RFQ/RFIs when it's required in projects and evaluate vendor technical capabilities against business requirements to identify products and/or services Reviews and approves vendor design documents; follow-ups vendor development. Bachelor's degree from Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology or any equal to education, Minimum 5+ years of solution analysis/design/development/engineering experience, 2+ years of working experience in Salesforce Management and Lead Management related projects. Further, the candidate should have at least 2+ years telecom experience. Deep understanding of interrelated enterprise application and integration (such as ESB & API GW, Microservices etc.). Know-how and experience on software architecture, design and development technologies. Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications. Ability to translate business needs into the productized solution fully integrated into the enterprise. Broad knowledge and understanding of technical analysis and design patterns In depth understanding of the full software development lifecycle Broad knowledge of software technology and development processes, particularly Scrum, Kanban, Test Driven Development, disciplined agile delivery and lean development Having experience in high scalability projects involving cloud-based infrastructure design and implementation Having experience in creatingreviewing design documents such as CRD, HLD, LLD Eager to learn new technologies Should have communication skills sufficient to be able to work in a team of international diversity.
