We are looking for a "Solution Specialist" for our sales team.

Qualifications and Experience

• Graduated from engineering departments of universities
• At least 2 years of experience, preferably in IT, managed services or telecommunications
• Curious about technology, following developments, customer and competition information closely
• Knowledgeable about Server, Back-up Services, Managed Services, Disaster Recovery, Data Backup products and services
• Knowledgeable about Network, Security and Cloud solutions
• Experience in creating solutions in accordance with the pre-sales customer topology
• Good command of English
• Able to use Microsoft Office programs effectively

What will you do?

• Visiting new and existing customers with sales teams to create and present solutions that fit the customer's structure
• Transferring the solutions sold to the customer to the operation teams and ensuring the implementation of the relevant solutions
• To follow new technologies about the solutions to be provided on Network, Security, Cloud and Managed Services services and to transfer appropriate information to the product team and sales team on this subject
• Receiving trainings and certificates of related products
• Providing support to third-party and manufacturer companies in determining the relevant solution
