ABOUT THE ROLE

• Act as the legally designated Responsible Manager for the travel agency’s head office (and support branch compliance if/when opened).


• Ensure ongoing compliance with applicable travel agency legislation, TÜRSAB requirements, and Ministry expectations (documentation, inspections, suitability standards).


• Own operational governance for OTA activities: supplier contracting controls, booking flows, customer communications, cancellations/refunds policy execution, complaint handling, and record-keeping.


• Serve as the primary contact for licensing-related correspondence and compliance checks; coordinate responses and evidence packs.


• Maintain required staffing/role readiness as applicable (e.g., ensuring mandated functions are covered in operations).


• Implement and maintain SOPs for consumer-facing travel sales: confirmations, vouchers, itinerary documentation, supplier terms, and service recovery.


• Support audits/inspections: maintain “inspection-ready” office/records and ensure the business continuously meets required qualifications.
