You will be responsible for expanding and maintaining a network of specifying entities\u2014such as engineering offices, consultants, and end-users\u2014ensuring Eaton is involved early in the project lifecycle. You will influence specifications, track project sources, and ensure internal alignment to maximise opportunity conversion and solution adoption.\n\nCore Activities \n\u2022 Prospecting: Identify new specifying entities and early-stage projects through proactive research and outreach. \n\u2022 Building Relationships with Priority Specifying Entities: Cultivate long-term relationships with consultants, engineers, and end-users to influence project direction. \n\u2022 Planning Account Actions: Develop account-specific strategies to drive specification success and long-term engagement. \n\u2022 Planning Calls: Prepare and schedule impactful calls with specifying entities to uncover and advance project opportunities. \n\u2022 Conducting Discovery: Gather detailed insights into customer needs, project requirements, and decision-making processes. \n\u2022 Planning Opportunities: Align internal resources and timelines to capitalise on identified project opportunities. \n\u2022 Drafting Initial Concepts: Create early-stage technical and commercial proposals tailored to project specifications. \n\u2022 Transferring Descriptive Concepts to Backend: Ensure smooth handover of project concepts to internal teams for execution and follow-up. \n\u2022 Making Bid or No Bid Decisions: Evaluate project fit and strategic value to determine pursuit strategy. \n\u2022 Communicating with Internal Stakeholders: Coordinate with Project Sales Engineers, back office, and project management to ensure project continuity. \n \n\n\n## Qualifications:\n\n\u2022 Educational Background: Bachelor\u2019s or Master\u2019s degree in Electrical Engineering, or justifiable equivalent education. \n \n\u2022 Previous Experience: 2\u20135 years of experience. \n \n\n\n## Skills:\n\n\u2022 Required Languages: English \u0026 Turkish\n\n * Product and Industry Knowledge: Experience in specification of Low Voltage System Assemblies in Commercial \u0026 Institutional (C\u0026I) Building Projects, preferably in electrical design or project management for large C\u0026I projects, or justifiable equivalent experience.\n\n\n\n## What we offer: \n\n * Competitive compensation and benefits package\n * Challenging projects in dynamic collaborative team\n * Great company benefits \n * We make your aspirations matter \u2013 Eaton encourages internal promotion, whenever possible\n * We make your growth matter - We invest in our employees for the long term \u2013 not just with salary and benefits, but with ongoing learning and development opportunities made available through Eaton University\n * We make your contributions matter - reliability, safety, efficiency, and sustainability are at the core of our dedication to improving people\u2019s lives and the through power management technologies\n * We make your wellbeing matter \u2013 We put your health and safety first.
