Sr. Merchandiser

We are looking for candidates to join our Sourcing Team as a Sr. Merchandiser.

What we expect from you:

• Managing multiple categories such as knitting, knitwear, woven and weaving groups,
• Determine collection production raw material needs, to share them with related units and follow up the procurement processes by managing them,
• Entering incoming orders into the system,
• Creation and follow-up of production work orders,
• Product tracking and workflow determination,
• Keeping production reports,
• Tracking of opened purchase orders,
• Calculate sample and product preliminary costs and make necessary improvements,
• To follow, manage and report the entry process to the warehouse according to the terminals by making production planning according to the targets,
• Direct daily and weekly production planning and shipment work,
• To ensure timely passage of fabric and accessory orders and to follow the procurement process,
• Follow the models to be produced from the system and direct them to the workshops with the right timing,
• Determine the production raw material needs, carry out and manage the necessary purchasing processes.

What are we looking for:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Textile, Fashion or related engineering departments of universities,
• 6+ years experience in e-commerce or retail sector,
• Ready-made clothing export sector with a minimum of 5 years of production planning experience,
• Has research and analytical thinking structure,
• Informed of technological developments and interested in fashion,
• Knowledge of fabric, mould, sewing-embroidery, accessories, parts, paint and washing,
• Able to use MS Office applications well,
• High drive and ambition to perform, independence, flexibility and speed,
• Positive attitude and target oriented approach, strong team player.
