Job Description


Your role:

  • Ensuring that all customers are satisfied while meeting or exceeding our business targets.
  • Handling all inquiries (pre- and post-sales, financial, complaints, non-technical questions or simple technical questions) regarding Philips products and services.
  • Receiving, logging, solving and routing requests and issues coming in from all Customer channels and communicates solutions  
  • Providing service solutions by creating service work orders and informing the customer the service status
  • Handling complaints from all customer, subscribers, family members and caregivers in a professional manner (analysis, registration and timely escalation).
  • Provide Time & Material quote to customer where the service requested and is not covered by warranty or contract, and enable service delivery process when quote is accepted by customer.
  • Sends Time (labour hours) & Material (spare part)  quotations to all customers in Gulf & Levant region


You're the right fit if:

  • University Degree,
  • Minimum 1-2 years experience in call center/customer service preferred, Good computer, PC - internet and documentation skills ,
  • Professional Phone Manners with superior soft skills such as ability to express sympathy, empathy and patience with Customer First attitude,
  • Very good verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Arabic speaker, English and Turkish is a plus
