We are looking for a highly driven and entrepreneurial Strategic Business Developer to spearhead growth initiatives, lead complex projects, and identify new opportunities that strengthen our competitive position in the market. This senior-level role is ideal for an outgoing, extraverted professional who thrives on building relationships, influencing stakeholders, and shaping strategic business directions across multiple segments.

What will you be doing?

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities aligned with short- and long-term goals.

• Lead and manage complex projects such as acquisitions, market entry, or geographical expansions.

• Support business segments requiring special focus (e.g., infrastructure) to accelerate growth.

• Drive turnaround strategies in areas of low performance.

• Implement cross-business growth initiatives, including advanced solutions and consulting.

• Conduct business planning, competitive analysis, and sales capability development.

• Build and maintain strong networks internally and externally, leveraging consultants, investment bankers, and IT vendors.

• Lead and develop teams within your responsibility area.

What are we looking for?

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Engineering, or related field.

• Several years of proven success in business development and project management.

• Fluent in English

• Strong entrepreneurial mindset with a track record of driving business performance.

• Excellent communication and influencing skills.

• Ability to manage complex negotiations and partnerships.

• Conceptual thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
