Supply Chain Technician

MISSION

• Perform specific activities of Supply Chain Management (one profile from the list below):

A - Packaging Definition and/or Control.

B - Stock Management (Non consumption, Cycle Counts, etc.)

C - Parameter Definition and Control (BOM, Routes, Closings in BPCS; Report of KPI)

• Participate in the implementation of the FSCS.

GENERAL FUNCTIONS

• Define packaging specifications (internal & external). Control the ordering, delivering and stock level of packaging assuring the continuous flow (profile: A).


• Lead the continuous improvement process to improve stocks accuracy in the plant and to control the reliability of the BOM (profile: B).


• Monitor the actualization errors, non-consumptions, negatives, analyze and define corrective actions. (profile: B).


• Define the correct parameters in BPCS (BOM, routes, etc.) and assure the periodic revision and accuracy of this information (profile: C).


• Execute the BPCS closing processes (Close of Sales, Purchases, Month Closing, etc.) according the defined frequency (profile: B, C).


• Identify areas for improvement in his/her area and to participate in the continuous improvement activities of the area following the FMS lean model and the strategic guidelines.


• Participate in the A3 and improvement teams related to each profile listed above.


• Observe Ficosa’s Code of Ethics to avoid fraudulent practices. Comply with Information Security Management System (ISMS) applicable to the job, along with the training related thereto.


• Actively cooperate in maintaining, promoting and improving the OHSE and Quality department.
