Support Caller, Driver Operations (Contract)

Currently, we are launching our service to Turkey and we are seeking several Support Caller, Driver Operations to join the Driver Operations team!

Office location: Sisli, Istanbul

• Conduct outbound calls to drivers, promoting our platform and encouraging registration for delivery services.
• Meet daily and monthly targets by proactively onboarding a defined number of drivers to ensure network growth.
• Provide accurate information to drivers about our platform, services, and registration process.
• Capture and process driver information during calls, including personal details and delivery requirements.
• Maintain meticulous call records, documenting key points, feedback, and suggestions for future reference and analysis.
• Convert driver from registration to verified in the platform

• Advanced skill in Excel & PowerPoint
• Results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting and exceeding targets.
• Good Communication Skills in both Turkish and basic communication in English
